After sales service support is provided by the co. to the
end user as follows:

1) Quarterly service call at user's premises during warranty period.

2) Service calls as desired by the client/users as per terms of contract/P. O. where-in special services are offered to the corporate customers, who purchase Readio system from Express Trading Corporation on a regular basis;
(Service(s) offered as per customer's requirement round the clock, subject to special service condition to be included in the p. order(s).
